If you decide to stick with 1.1.1.6 you can check out this build which uses same philosophy or rebalance it a bit with this build that allows any oligarch choice and passing max intimidation check by sacrificing some base stealth. While the latter would be appreciated not only by community, but by any sensible sentient being, it’s understandable that not everyone is equipped with proper skills and time for such thing, so it’s up to you to decide which half baked choice to make.
